reflexiones, la gesti\u00f3n integral del riesgo hace referencia a un complejo proceso social cuyo objetivo \u00faltimo es la reducci\u00f3n o control del riesgo en la sociedad.\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">La gesti\u00f3n del riesgo puede entenderse como el conjunto de elementos , medidas y herramientas dirigidas a la intervenci\u00f3n de la amenaza para reducir la vulnerabilidad, con el fin de disminuir o mitigar los riesgos existentes de desastres.<\/span>\n<h2 style=\"color: #FC7E02;\"><strong>Misi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\nFormar\u00a0<strong>DOCTORES<\/strong>\u00a0en Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgo Aplicada a Desastres que realicen investigaci\u00f3n a partir de la problem\u00e1tica de los actuales y nuevos escenarios sociales, p\u00fablicos y privados que enfrenta la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo de Desastres a nivel local, nacional o internacional. Proponiendo soluciones mediante estrategias a trav\u00e9s de la incorporaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y\/o aplicaci\u00f3n de elementos tecnol\u00f3gicos, metodol\u00f3gicos y t\u00e9cnicos.\n<h2 style=\"color: #10354b;\"><strong>Visi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\nGenerar investigadores que sistematicen, analicen, apliquen, eval\u00faen y promuevan conocimientos y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que fortalezcan la Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgo Aplicado a Desastres, con un enfoque de interculturalidad e inclusi\u00f3n.\n<h2 style=\"color: #FC7E02;\"><strong>Objetivos Espec\u00edficos<\/strong><\/h2>\nFormar un Doctor Integral del Riesgo Aplicado a Desastres con la capacidad para: Objetivos Espec\u00edficos\n<ul>\n \t<li>Aprovechar el conocimiento cient\u00edfico para administrar la nueva informaci\u00f3n que tenga impacto en la Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgos.<\/li>\n \t<li>Adecuar y extender los conocimientos indispensables de la actividad impl\u00edcita de la Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgo.<\/li>\n \t<li>Ejercer liderazgo.<\/li>\n \t<li>Elaborar estudios donde se dictaminen riesgos.<\/li>\n \t<li>Participar en la creaci\u00f3n de modelos para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo<\/li>\n \t<li>Optimizar los conocimientos aplicado a la Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgo.<\/li>\n \t<li>Evaluar fuentes de financiamiento, recursos y costos de operaci\u00f3n para la Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgo y aplicada a Desastres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"color: #10354b;\"><strong>Perfil del egresado<\/strong><\/h2>\nLos egresados del Doctorado en Gesti\u00f3n Integral del Riesgo Aplicado a Desastres a trav\u00e9s de los procesos de investigaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de la problem\u00e1tica de los actuales y nuevos escenarios sociales, p\u00fablicos y privados desarrollar\u00e1n y\/o generar\u00e1n nuevas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, marcos te\u00f3ricos, metodolog\u00edas y tecnolog\u00edas aplicables a la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgo de
